Many of you have already experienced the power of the TypeCoach tools—if it’s new to you, we hope the Verifier process piqued your curiosity! While TypeCoach is not a primary focus of our work together this fall, we suggest you familiarize or re-familiarize yourself with this framework on the TypeCoach site.
Before the residency, get to know your Type and those of your teammates: this tool can provide real and actionable insights into working effectively with your colleagues.
We've printed your individual Verifier reports and will hand them out to each of you, along with other TypeCoach materials, at the first residency.
