Preliminary Registration

1. Starting April 15, the button at top left will be active for you to access and complete the preliminary registration form.
2. We strongly encourage that you register for an info session (at left) where you will from Heather and our Leading Women Navigators about what makes the program unique. 99% of our participants highly recommend the program, but it is not for everyone. For the whole cohort's sake, it is important to ensure it's the right fit for you at this time.  *Final Info Session on April 28, 10:30 - 11:00 am
3. Eligible applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the caveat that we will ensure a balance of sworn and civilian participants and a diversity of services/locations. Please keep in mind that we have a limit of 2 registrants per service (ideally 1 sworn and 1 civilian leader).
4. Your registration status (participant or waitlist) will be emailed to you by May 20. Participants will receive an invoice at this time.

Confirming your Registration

1. To confirm your spot, provide full payment by June 19 (earlier if possible!). In select circumstances, we will accept a letter/email from your finance department committing to a specific date of payment. If your funding is guaranteed but can't be provided in time for this deadline, please contact Heather Clayton to make arrangements.
2. Once your payment has been received, you will:
   1. receive a confirmation package that includes a participant intake form and other key information.
   2. be matched with one of our Leading Women Navigators: previous participants who look forward to answering any questions or sharing their perspectives. They'll reach out within the next couple of weeks. 
3. After June 23, we will invite waitlisted registrants to fill any unconfirmed (unpaid) spot.

Before You Pre-Register

Review the Cancellation Policy

By submitting payment, you are committing to your registration.

If you must withdraw, options are as follows:

1. Find an eligible (senior) leader (sworn or civilian) in your organization who is available and committed to attend in your place. No refund will be issued.
2. Ask HCC  to see if someone from the waitlist is available to attend. If someone on the waitlist is committed to attend in your place, we will issue a refund minus a $500 cancellation fee up to September 1.
3. If a replacement cannot be found your registration will not be refunded.
4. No refunds after September 1.

Please consider carefully whether you have the time and support to commit to the full experience.

• 3-day, 2-night, in-person Foundation Residency (October 6 - 8, 2026)
• Leaders' Coaching Circles between October and March 2026  (1 hour x 4, virtual)
• 2-day, 1-night, in-person Final Residency (April 7 - 8, 2027)
• ~1-2  hours of pre-reading and reflection for each residency and ~ 1/2 hour before each Leaders' Coaching Circle
• Emotional/mental capacity for the disruption to your habitual practices and go-to coping strategies. This is about meaningful, sustainable growth!

Please note that we cannot accommodate late arrivals, early departures or partial attendance: the program works its magic with a committed cohort of leaders.

Plan to be fully present to support not only your own leadership growth, but that of your fellow participants.

Keep in mind that you will also need to have funding in place to confirm your spot by June 19.
