Pre-Register May 14 - June 13, 2025
There are only 24 spots available per cohort in order to provide a learning environment that is intimate enough for vulnerability yet expansive enough to create a robust support network of women for the program and beyond.
Preliminary Registration
- Starting May 14, use the button at top left to access and complete the pre-registration form.
- Pre-registration closes on June 13.
- Eligible applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the caveat that we will ensure a balance of sworn and civilian participants and a diversity of services/locations. Please keep in mind that we have a limit of 2 registrants per service (ideally 1 wworn and 1 civilian leader).
- Your registration status (participant or waitlist) will be emailed to you by June 16. Participants will receive an invoice at this time.
Confirming your Registration
- To confirm your spot, provide full payment by July 9 (earlier if possible!). In select circumstances, we will accept a letter/email from your finance department committing to a specific date of payment. If your funding is guaranteed but can't be provided in time for this deadline, please contact Heather Clayton to make arrangements.
- Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation package. It includes a participant intake form and other key information.
- After July 9, we will invite waitlisted registrants to fill any unconfirmed (unpaid) spot.
Before You Pre-Enrol
Review the Cancellation Policy
By submitting payment, you are committing to your registration.
If you must withdraw, options are as follows:
- Find an eligible (senior) leader (sworn or civilian) in your organization who is available and committed to attend in your place. No refund will be issued.
- Ask HCC & OWLE to see if someone from the waitlist is available to attend. If someone on the waitlist is committed to attend in your place, we will issue a refund minus a $500 cancellation fee up to October 1st.
- If a replacement cannot be found your registration will not be refunded.
- No refunds after October 1st.
Please consider carefully whether you have the time and support to commit to the full experience.
- 3-day, 2-night, in-person Foundation Residency (October 28-30, 2025)
- Leaders' Coaching Circles every 2-3 weeks between November 2025 and January 2026 (1 hour x 4, virtual)
- 2-day, 1-night, in-person Final Residency (January 14-15, 2026)
- ~1-2 hours of pre-reading and reflection for each residency and ~ 1/2 hour before each Leaders' Coaching Circle
- Emotional/mental capacity for the disruption to your habitual practices and go-to coping strategies. This is about meaningful, sustainable growth!
Please note that we cannot accommodate late arrivals or early departures: the program works its magic with a committed cohort of leaders.
Plan to be fully present to support not only your own leadership growth, but that of your fellow participants.
Keep in mind that you will also need to have funding in place to confirm your spot by July 9.
