About
Women in Leadership is a leadership development program designed to bring together female leaders at Peel Regional Police to connect, learn, and grow in community. Through a research-informed approach, we focus on developing self-awareness, communication, and coaching-based leadership skills, with an emphasis on creating transformational conversations in everyday work. We invite you to engage in meaningful dialogue, apply new learning to your own contexts, and build a lasting network of support with peers who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of leadership in policing.
