I am passionate about people development.
I believe deeply in the power of collaboration and necessity of strong leadership. I want to address the space between people – beyond competencies - to awareness, communication, and realizing aspirations. It’s in these spaces that leaders and teams are both made and broken. Having served as a consultant privately and for a school board, as well as a school administrator, I know how important it is to help leaders and their teams to work to their full potential. With degrees in education (BA, BEd) and leadership (MA), and a coaching certification (ICF), I know how important it is to be aware of and to integrate current research and ideas. I love working in a variety of contexts, and  I have spoken to groups of 5 to 1500, providing workshops and Ed Talks which receive strong reviews.
