Here's where you'll find all of the resources to support your learning, including:

Pre-readings or "homework" for each of our sessions. These readings will provide an introduction to the concepts and practices we'll be working with at the next session, so that we use our limited time together to dive right in to the deep work.
Session notes or materials we generate during the residencies. We'll be adding each session's readings as the program progresses.
Additional readings/videos to deepen your learning. Explore when the time is right for you! This space will be available to your cohort indefinitely.

We will be working primarily in the following modules of your workbook - in case you want to take a look ahead:
- Module 5 - Mindful Leadership (Day 1)
- Module 8 - Leveraging Team (Day 1)
- Module 9 - Deepening Team (Day 1)
- Module 4 - Becoming more Coach-like (Day 2)
We will also be circling back and deepening our work with TypeCoach - so please bring your TypeCoach report and perhaps check out the website or familiarize yourself with the materials a bit again.
If you have a chance, please read 4 pages (pp82 - 85) on High Value Add Teams.

Bring your workbook and materials from our September Sessions. And please dress comfortably - it really helps with learning 🙂.
